many km and then 1 lock

Damn. Not even a single picture today. That should not have happened.

Anyway. A busy day. Get in the car, up to the weird campsite, get the trailer.
Haul out the boat. Go on a 300 km spin past Bordeaux to the Charente.

Unload the boat and get it back into boating state. Fill up with water. Of to the SuperU at Chateauneuf. Fill up the stores.

And then the day is almost over.
Down through the 1st lock. A much deserved swim. Mooring at Sireuil.
BBQ and wine. Perfect.

  1. Keep up the story telling, it makes interesting reading and gives readers a flavour of summer in France at a time when most of us are feeling a bit down ……. due to too much lockdown .
